Rice To The Gardener


Clean the vegetables, chop and poach them in the olive oil.

Ingredients for 4 people:

– 1 kg of rice.

– 100 grams of wild asparagus.

– 100 grams of artichokes.

– 100 grams of beans.

– 100 grams of peas.

– 100 grams of green beans.

– Young garlic.

– 100 grams of tomato

– Olive oil and salt.

– Paprika and pepper.

– Water.
