Everyone likes pasta. You can experiment with pasta and create many different delicious recipes. Here is one of our favorites.
First put to cook pasta until it is al dente. Drain and cool it with cold water. Throw a splash of olive oil so it does not snag.
Next, steam the mussels with a little lemon juice. When they are open, they are chipped and we reserve the water for cooking. Next, cook the peeled prawns in boiling water with salt until they change color. Once cooked, drain and cool in cold water and reserve.
Prepare the vinaigrette sauce by mixing the vinegar, salt and olive oil and some chopped chives.
Mix the pasta with the seafood, add the vinaigrette sauce, stir and serve immediately.
Ingredients for 4 people:
– 100 grams of noodles or spaghetti.
– 400 grams of mussels.
– 300 grams of peeled prawns.
– Olive oil and apple cider vinegar.
– Chives and salt.
