Mango Flan


If you are the type of person that enjoys the taste of mango, this is the perfect recipe for a light dessert.

First, peel and cut the ripe mangoes to crush them in a blender along with some milk.

Mix with sugar, eggs, vanilla, and cornstarch to form a fine cream. Caramelize the flan and then fill them with cream. When that’s done, put it in a water bath. Put everything in the oven at 180º for 45 minutes.

When the puddings have set, remove them from the water and let them cool before unmolding. Accompaniment with whipped cream flavored with cinnamon.

Ingredients for 4 people:

– 2 handles

– 100 gr. of sugar.

– 60 gr. of corn flour (cornstarch).

– 4 eggs.

– 1 liter of milk.

– Vanilla powder.

– Liquid candy.

– Cinnamon powder.
