Chocolate Cookies

This is one of those recipes that don’t need a big introduction. The chocolate chip cookies are among the favorite desserts of most Americans, as well as in many other countries.

The reason for that is not only in the taste of these delicious cookies, they are also very easy and simple to prepare. You don’t need any skills in the kitchen to be able to prepare a batch of these delicious cookies, and since they are so simple to make, there is not much that can go wrong. The chocolate cookies are ideal for any type of family gathering, party, office happening, pretty much any occasion.

The preparation

First off, you have to position the racks in the oven before doing anything else. Put them in the middle of the oven and then turn it on to 375 degrees. Then, get a large tray and put a parchment paper on the bottom.

Take a bowl and put some butter inside of it. Put the bowl into the microwave and set it on medium. When the butter is melted, mix it with some eggs, sugar, and vanilla in a large bowl. Whisk everything until it’s nice and even.

Take another bowl and put some baking soda, flour, and salt inside. Whisk everything with a wooden spoon and add some chocolate chips in the end.

It’s time to put the dough into the pan you prepared previously. Scoop the dough up with a spoon and roll it into balls. Make sure that there is about 2 inches of space between them. Put them into the oven and bake them until they get a golden color. Use a spatula to take the cookies out of the tray and serve them. Any leftover cookies can be stored in a glass jar. They are good for another week.
