Watermelon Gazpacho


For this recipe, you will need some watermelon chopped without skin or pips, tomatoes and green pepper washed and garlic clove. Put everything in the refrigerator to cool for at least half an hour before you continue.

Once it is cold, grind it in the blender with olive oil, half a liter of ice water, some vinegar and some soaked crumb bread. Pass the mix through the strainer to finish up.

We rectified salt and left in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

Ingredients for 4 people:

– Half a kilo of watermelon.

– 10 ripe tomatoes

– 1 green pepper.

– 1 clove garlic.

– Water.

– Bread crumbs.

– Oil, vinegar, and salt.
