Pear, walnuts and blue cheese may sound like a bad combination of flavors, but these three main ingredients are able to produce an amazing taste when prepared together. It’s easy to do and the results are delicious. Here is what you do:

Wash the lettuce, drain, and place it in a bowl. Put the pears peeled, without seeds and slices on top. Mix the cream cheese with the blue cheese, chop the walnuts and place them on the pears. Spread a few pieces of blue cheese and sauté with a vinaigrette prepared with olive oil, Modena vinegar and a little salt.
