1- We mix all the ingredients except the lamb chops. Do it in a small container. Put the chops in a glass container and pour the mustard mixture all over the meat.
2 – Cover it and introduce it in the microwave at medium power for about 5 minutes. Turn the chops over and back and add the rest of the mustard mixture. Cover it up again and put it back in the microwave for 4 to 6 minutes at medium power until you see that the chops look just as you want them to. Let them stand for about five minutes before you serve the meal.
